Social Work

The school social worker is available to provide services to any student enrolled in the district and is a link between the home, school and community.  The social worker provides social and emotional support services to enhance the academic growth of all students.  By providing direct as well as indirect services to students, families, and school personnel, the school social worker actively addresses barriers within these systems to promote and support students’ academic and social successes.
