There has been recent news of a Momo challenge that pops up on various sites and games visited by children. The Momo challenge is a new What’s App suicide game that encourages self-harm and harm to others.
While this challenge is part of a long line of internet challenges and may only be a hoax, it is an important reminder for parents to keep tabs on what their children are doing on social media and elsewhere.
We have not received any reports at Diboll ISD, but merely want to share this warning with our parents.
