Important Message To All DISD Parents/Guardians,

Senate Bill 12, a new state law, requires that school districts obtain parent/guardian consent before providing health-related services to students, as well as give permission for their child to join/participate in a school-sponsored club. 

The new, required forms are in Skyward and can be found under the "Online Forms" tab in Family Access. All forms must be completed by Friday, September 12, 2025. If you have questions or need assistance, please email Krystal Weeks at kweeks@dibollisd.org
