Dr. Fullen received a BA Degree in Mexican-American Studies from Concordia College. In 1987, he received a Masters of Divinity Degree from Concordia Seminary. He received his doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston in 2010. Dr. Fullen served in the United States Airforce from 1987-2000. His educational work history includes serving as a bilingual teacher, a district bilingual peer facilitator and Alternative Certification Program Coordinator, an assistant principal at J. Frank Dobie High School for 5 years, the Principal of South Houston High School for 9 years, and an Associate Superintendent for 3 years. Dr. Fullen states, "I am excited and honored to join the Lumberjack team at Diboll High School. I look forward to being a part of Diboll ISD and a community with a rich history and passion for learning."
