District Wide Vacancies
Diboll ISD accepts all professional and support staff applications through an electronic process. This program will track your application and alert you via email (email is required) regarding your application status. You will be able to update your account using a password-protected login process. Please reserve about an hour to complete the application and read the instructions carefully before beginning. It will be our pleasure to visit with you and answer any questions you may have about the online applications process.
The Human Resources staff, principals and other administrators review applications/resume to consider for available positions. The administrator exercises his/her discretion in determining which applicants to contact and interview.
The online job postings are updated as vacancies become available. Be sure to view this page on a regular basis. In addition, the Human Resources Department recruits at various teacher job fairs across the state.
All new candidates must complete an application online and apply for the position of interest. Make sure you click on the "My Application" (top left tab) and enter all required information, attach documents and enter at least three references. Applications must be complete to be considered for employment.
If you have previously applied for a Support position, use your existing username/password to access your existing application. Substitutes must attend a Substitute Orientation each school year.
Campus principals/directors will contact you directly for an interview. Interviews are scheduled at the specified campus/department. In order to make the interviewing/hiring process as streamlined as possible, please do not contact principals/directors directly by telephoning or just “stopping by” his/her office.
Recommendations for employment are made by the campus principals or department director. Once an applicant has been recommended for employment, you will be notified by the HR Department to schedule a time for completing the required new hire paperwork.
DISD reserves the right to not fill positions if it is determined by the Superintendent to not be in the best interest of the district.
Auxiliary Opportunities for Food Service and Operations Departments
The auxiliary vacancies listed are temp-to-hire positions within Diboll ISD. Other conditions of employment are available at time of interview. Applicants are screened and all persons to be interviewed are contacted. Not all applicants are interviewed.
